Flame 1000 High Temp Wire
Description: FLAME 1000 high temperature power cable is designed for applications where flame retardancy is critical.
|
|
Specification:
UL approved lead wire 450°C.
Passes IEEE 383 modified 210,000 BTU vertical tray flame test at 1800°F,
with circuit integrity for 2.5 hours minimum.
Non UL operating temperature can
withstand up to 2400°F short term.

Stranded 27% Nickel Plated,
Annealed Copper
|
| Insulation: Phologopite mica tapes, fiberglass braid jacket, high-temp saturant. A phlogopite mica tape thermal barrier and a flouropolymer tape moisture barrier are applied over the core. Overall fiberglass braid is then treated with a high temperature saturant. Available with armor braid and multiconductor constructions. |
